Hello all! For those of you who read this and don't have contact with me elsewhere...no I did not fall off the face of the earth. Just not that into blogging and with 3 kids, not a whole lot of extra time!
SO YES! I am the proud mommy of 3 beautiful and amazing children!!! I am in complete awe that the Lord would see fit to bless me with this wonderful little ones. I am in complete awe that HE would bless me at all. I know me and I know I don't deserve it!
So Rob and I have been married for 5 YEARS now! Wow, where does the time go? It's so funny looking back at pictures from our wedding. We always say "we look like little kids!". It's fun looking back! Emma's 3 and she is amazing! She learns so quickly and has SO much energy. She's so much fun to watch and listen to. She's a big helper in the kitchen and picking up the living room. Emma at about 2 1/2 was pretty much fully potty trained...even at night! Thank the Lord for this! What an amazing blessing! Robby will be 19 months old on the 11 of this month. He's not talking too much yet, he says some words here and there. I think he is trying most of the time, we just can't understand him yet. He loves his sisters, but Emma beats up on him a little. She doesn't realize he's just not at her level yet. Potty training is looming for him. I'm not going to push him if he isn't ready, but 2 in diapers is really no fun at all. And adorable little Maddy will be 3 months old on the 11th of this month. WOW! I cannot believe it has been 3 months. She is definitely our best sleeper ever! She was pretty much sleeping 10 hours straight through the night at 1 week old! And now she sleeps anywhere from 10-13 hours straight at night!! I am living every mother's dream! She loves to eat and weighs 12 lbs 3 oz already! She is smiley and cooing and laughing. She LOVES her brother and sister and they are so good with her. Why do they have to grow up so incredibly fast???
Life is wonderful here on the farm. With 3 kids I am not working on the farm as much, but still enjoying the land and the animals and yes, even the smell of cow manure. Now I know most of you probably think this is disgusting, but it has been a normal smell for me most of my life. With spending much time in Lancaster County, PA and 5 years on the farm. It is a wonderful thing to walk outside, see the spread of the most beautiful farm in the world and smelling that stuff! Emma and Robby occassionally get the treat of Grandma coming to get them and taking them to the barn which they absolutely love. Firstly they love any time they get to spend with their grandparents...secondly, they love to be around the animals.
So in addition to the many cows on the farm, we have a cat (George). Also on the farm are 4 dogs, 5 horses and who knows how many cats. Over the 5 years I have been here we have also had goats, chickens, ducks and pigs. They have moved on in way way or another=)
I am very thankful to have Rob's family so close by. We are super close and love to spend time together. Unfortunately, my parents live all the way in Florida and my brother and his family are down near Philly, PA. So naturally we love any time we get to spend with them, which is more often than we would have thought. Dad and Mom's schedules are very flexible and we are so thankful for the many trips they make up here, becuase we just can't get to Florida as often as we would like. One of those trips coming up at the end of July! I can't wait!
Well I guess that pretty much sums up the goings on of the Williams family! I am definitely blessed beyond anything I could have imagined and happier than anyone could think a person could be.
