  • Time for an update...

Hello all! For those of you who read this and don't have contact with me elsewhere...no I did not fall off the face of the earth. Just not that into blogging and with 3 kids, not a whole lot of extra time!

SO YES! I am the proud mommy of 3 beautiful and amazing children!!! I am in complete awe that the Lord would see fit to bless me with this wonderful little ones. I am in complete awe that HE would bless me at all. I know me and I know I don't deserve it!

So Rob and I have been married for 5 YEARS now! Wow, where does the time go? It's so funny looking back at pictures from our wedding. We always say "we look like little kids!". It's fun looking back! Emma's 3 and she is amazing! She learns so quickly and has SO much energy. She's so much fun to watch and listen to. She's a big helper in the kitchen and picking up the living room. Emma at about 2 1/2 was pretty much fully potty trained...even at night! Thank the Lord for this! What an amazing blessing! Robby will be 19 months old on the 11 of this month. He's not talking too much yet, he says some words here and there. I think he is trying most of the time, we just can't understand him yet. He loves his sisters, but Emma beats up on him a little. She doesn't realize he's just not at her level yet. Potty training is looming for him. I'm not going to push him if he isn't ready, but 2 in diapers is really no fun at all. And adorable little Maddy will be 3 months old on the 11th of this month. WOW! I cannot believe it has been 3 months. She is definitely our best sleeper ever! She was pretty much sleeping 10 hours straight through the night at 1 week old! And now she sleeps anywhere from 10-13 hours straight at night!! I am living every mother's dream! She loves to eat and weighs 12 lbs 3 oz already! She is smiley and cooing and laughing. She LOVES her brother and sister and they are so good with her. Why do they have to grow up so incredibly fast???

Life is wonderful here on the farm. With 3 kids I am not working on the farm as much, but still enjoying the land and the animals and yes, even the smell of cow manure. Now I know most of you probably think this is disgusting, but it has been a normal smell for me most of my life. With spending much time in Lancaster County, PA and 5 years on the farm. It is a wonderful thing to walk outside, see the spread of the most beautiful farm in the world and smelling that stuff! Emma and Robby occassionally get the treat of Grandma coming to get them and taking them to the barn which they absolutely love. Firstly they love any time they get to spend with their grandparents...secondly, they love to be around the animals.

So in addition to the many cows on the farm, we have a cat (George). Also on the farm are 4 dogs, 5 horses and who knows how many cats. Over the 5 years I have been here we have also had goats, chickens, ducks and pigs. They have moved on in way way or another=)

I am very thankful to have Rob's family so close by. We are super close and love to spend time together. Unfortunately, my parents live all the way in Florida and my brother and his family are down near Philly, PA. So naturally we love any time we get to spend with them, which is more often than we would have thought. Dad and Mom's schedules are very flexible and we are so thankful for the many trips they make up here, becuase we just can't get to Florida as often as we would like. One of those trips coming up at the end of July! I can't wait!

Well I guess that pretty much sums up the goings on of the Williams family! I am definitely blessed beyond anything I could have imagined and happier than anyone could think a person could be.

We are so amazingly bless it's unbelievable. I love being a mommy and though there are times when I want to pull my hair out, there is no way I would ever trade my kids for ANYTHING. they bring such awesome joy. I can't imagine my life without them! GOD IS SOOO GOOD!

  • It's time...

...for another update...it's been a while!

Well Robby is here of course and he's already 5 1/2 weeks old and I can't believe how fast the time has gone! Emma LOVES being a big sister! She is always wanting to give Robby hugs and kisses=)

There's not a whole lot going on with us really. PLEASE, Be praying for Rob's knee. it's really been hurting him lately. He's been going to physical therapy, but it doesn't seems to be improving.

Also pray for my sister in law. She's due to have a baby on February 26th, but of course is hoping for early delivery just as I was=)

That's about it=) Oh we got a pig=) Her name is Charlotte. She's ADORABLE! I need to get pictures of her, and I'll post them when I do=)

  • Had another Dr's appointment...

Rob was able to go along this time. The baby's heart rate yesterday was 149 BPM....I still believe it's a boy...

My ultrasound is on Tuesday. Rob's going with me to that also. We are NOT finding out the baby's gender. I truly think it's way more fun not knowing. But that's us and not everyone else, so do as you wish=) Anyway I am pretty sure it's a boy anyway, I just have a feeling=) I was right about Emma, we'll see if I am right about this one=)

    Okay off I go...have a good day=)

PS...Spend some time with God, it will enrich your life, really!

  • Time for an update???

SO um, I'm coming along with this pregnancy. We heard the heartbeat and my mom was here to hear it too which was fun. 144 BPM, right about where Emma's was, but I am almost certain it's a boy, we shall see in December. Emma's growing like a weed and talking up a storm. I would let you know all the words she's saying, but I don't have that much time and I'd probably forget something. She's just adorable.

My parents are coming to visit in September and I can't wait. I haven't seen them both together since we were in Florida in March! They are the only ones working in the office for Grace Mission to Haiti and so most of the time at least one of them has to be there to take care of things so the 2 of them don't' get away together much, but they will in September mainly because it's mission business=) The mission banquet is in Lancaster, PA so they both have to be there=) and they are making a small detour up here for a visit. But not only to see us, they have a church meeting...

Anyhow...farm things are going well. I got to go down and work a little last week which was fun. One night I worked with the boys and the next night I worked with the girls=) I do love being in the barn, it's just a matter of motivating myself enough to get my rear end down there=) It's the most fun when I get to work with Rob, so that's always good. The night I worked with the girls I was working for Rob so he could have a boys night out with dad and matt and uncle roger...We are officially organic, have been since the last week in May and it's been great.

Hmm...anything else, I'm thinking....I can't think of anything else, have a good one!

  • My LORD is amazing!

So, I have been overwhelmed the the Lord's blessing lately, not only for myself, but seeing how He's working in other people's lives is totally amazing too! So we have been planning since like June to fly to FL for vacation in March. We were looking for tickets and it was RIDICULOUS! We could find much cheaper than $456, total. So yesterday we had our taxes done and it was another GIGANTIC BLESSING, because we are getting back ALOT and we were hoping that whatever we got would at least pay for vacation. It will pay for that and more. So because we knew we would be able to afford going to see my parents we started seriously looking for tickets. We found tickets for $331 TOTAL! It is one day more than we were planning on, but Rob's family has graciously given us the time=) God is incredible. I cannot wait to go see my parents and see Emma on the beach! YAY!
